    Accommodation, meals and organisation

    • 12 nights’ accommodation in shared rooms at the planned properties or equivalent alternatives, subject to availability, along the itinerary through Hong Kong, Guilin, Yangshuo, Xingping and Shenzhen. The final allocation of nights between destinations will be provided before the contract is finalised.

    • Planned accommodation in Yangshuo includes Climber’s Inn in the town centre and The Giggling Tree in the countryside, or equivalent alternatives subject to availability.

    • All breakfasts and two group dinners: a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner. All other meals and dinners are at the traveller’s own expense.

    • Ground transport and scheduled transfers included in the itinerary.

    • Organisation, on-the-ground coordination and support during the climbing days listed in the programme. Crags and routes will be selected according to the group’s experience, conditions and access.

    • Travel assistance insurance with specific cover for sport climbing is included in the total price, subject to the policy’s limits, terms and scope of cover. We will provide the coverage information before the contract is finalised. Cancellation insurance is not included.

    Not included: international flights, cancellation insurance, meals and dinners not listed as included, personal expenses, equipment rental or additional technical sessions, and any service not expressly listed as included. A single room can be requested for an additional supplement, subject to availability.

    Minimum group size, confirmation and cancellations

    This trip is for people with previous sport climbing experience and basic independence on rock; it is not a beginner’s course. Before confirming your place, we will discuss your experience and goals with you.

    This departure is forming a group and requires a minimum of 8 participants; the maximum is 12. If the minimum is not reached, Easy Adventurs will notify you of the cancellation no later than 2 September 2027 and will refund all payments received in full within the legally applicable timeframe.

    Your individual booking confirmation does not, by itself, confirm that the departure will go ahead. We recommend waiting for written confirmation of the departure before buying non-refundable international flights.

    Cancellations requested by the traveller are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the General Terms and Conditions.

    This guarantee protects against the organiser’s insolvency. It is separate from the travel assistance insurance with sport climbing cover included in the trip.

    Standard information on package travel

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

    Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights that apply to package travel. Easy Adventurs, S.L. will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    In addition, as required by law, Easy Adventurs, S.L. has protection in place to refund your payments and, if transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event of insolvency.

    When you submit the form, your details will be sent to Easy Adventurs and you will receive an email with the Stripe link to pay the deposit. The deposit is €350 per person and is deducted from the total price of €1,790, which includes travel insurance with sport climbing cover under the policy’s terms. The remaining balance of €1,440 per person is due no later than 2 October 2027. Submitting the form does not, by itself, confirm your place or make a payment. The departure is still subject to reaching the minimum group size of 8 participants.

    Information before booking

    Standard information on package travel

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of the consolidated text of Spain’s General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

    You will therefore benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Easy Adventurs, S.L., as the organiser, is fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    The organiser has insolvency protection in place to refund payments made and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation.

    Key rights of the traveller

    • Before entering into the contract, you will receive essential information about the trip and standard information on package travel.
    • There will always be an organiser responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the contract.
    • You will be provided with an emergency telephone number or contact details so that you can reach the organiser or travel agent.
    • You may transfer the package to another person, subject to reasonable notice and, where applicable, payment of the costs of the transfer.
    • The price may only increase in the circumstances permitted by law and in accordance with the contract. It may not increase during the 20 calendar days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee.
    • You may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element is significantly changed, under the conditions provided for by law.
    • If the organiser cancels the package before it starts, you are entitled to a refund of your payments and, where legally applicable, compensation.
    • You may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the package, you may cancel without a termination fee and obtain a full refund of the payments made for the package.
    • If significant elements of the contract cannot be provided after the trip has started, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered at no extra cost where applicable. If the services do not comply with the contract and this affects its performance, you may be entitled to a price reduction or compensation.
    • The organiser must provide assistance to travellers who are in difficulty.
    • If the organiser becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded and, where transport is included, repatriation will be ensured under the applicable insolvency protection.
