These Terms govern enquiries, bookings and services contracted with Easy Adventurs, S.L. They apply together with the relevant service page, quotation and booking confirmation. The specific information provided before booking identifies what is included, what is not included, the total price, requirements and the rules applying to that booking.

Easy Adventurs is registered as a travel agency in the Valencian Community, CV-AVC002727-V; as an active tourism company in the Valencian Community, TA-199-V; and as an active tourism company in the Balearic Islands, TA-0046-E. In these Terms, “Easy Adventurs” or “the company” means Easy Adventurs, S.L. Its role as organiser or retailer will be determined for each trip according to the function it actually performs.
These Terms may apply to day activities, experiences, active tourism services, retreats, multi-day programmes, package travel, linked travel arrangements, educational programmes and proposals for companies or groups. Each booking is governed by the legal category that applies to the services actually offered and contracted, regardless of the commercial name used.
Depending on the service, the product page, quotation and booking confirmation will specify the dates, destination, itinerary, duration, meeting point, minimum and maximum group size, level and requirements, included and excluded services, total price, payment schedule, accommodation, meals, transport, insurance, cancellation terms and contact details during the service.
If there is a difference, the specific terms communicated before booking will prevail on the matters they expressly address, provided they do not reduce mandatory consumer rights or conflict with applicable law. Advertising and pre-contract information that legally form part of the contract will also be binding.
Before becoming bound by a booking, the customer must be able to review clearly and keep the essential service information and applicable specific terms. For contracts concluded electronically, the booking process will explain the steps to place an order, how to correct errors, the languages available, whether the contract is archived and how to access it, and how confirmation can be received on a durable medium.
The final payment or booking button must clearly state that placing the order entails an obligation to pay. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace the obligation to show the total price, essential features, selected supplements and applicable cancellation rules before payment.
For package travel, the applicable pre-contract information and standard information form will also be provided. This information will include, among other details, the identity and contact details of the organiser or retailer; destination, dates and duration; itinerary; transport services, if any; accommodation; meals; included visits or activities; total price; payment arrangements; minimum group size, where applicable; known passport or visa requirements; relevant accessibility information; cancellation rules; insolvency protection; and contact details during the trip.
The traveller will receive the contract or booking confirmation on a durable medium. Easy Adventurs will keep evidence of the information provided and its acceptance for the period required by law. The customer should check the information received and report any errors as soon as possible.
An enquiry or request does not by itself confirm a place. The contract will be considered concluded when Easy Adventurs accepts the booking and notifies the customer on a durable medium. If the booking process clearly explains that acceptance occurs when the customer completes and pays, that process will apply. A second discretionary confirmation will not be required after the customer has already become contractually bound.
The person making the booking confirms that they have capacity to contract and, if acting for other people or an organisation, sufficient authority to do so and to pass on the contractual information. A person booking for minors must provide evidence of their authority and any required permissions.
Available payment methods will be shown during booking. The deposit, outstanding balance and due dates are those stated on the product page or booking confirmation. Unless another schedule is specified for a trip or multi-day programme, the balance is due no later than 30 calendar days before the start; where a booking is made within that period, full payment may be requested to confirm it. The consequences of non-payment will be explained before booking and will comply with the applicable cancellation rules. A deposit is not automatically “non-refundable”: its treatment depends on the cancellation, the legal category of the service and the specific terms validly accepted.
Prices for consumers are stated in euros and include applicable taxes. Before payment, the total price will be shown, including selected supplements and any known mandatory charges. Optional payments will not be preselected, and undisclosed or unaccepted supplements will not be added.
Only services expressly identified in the product page, quotation or contract are included. The product page will also clearly identify what is not included. An international or domestic flight is included only if the product page and contract expressly say so. If the traveller must buy the flight independently, this will be stated clearly and the itinerary will not describe that flight as a service provided by Easy Adventurs.
For trips and retreats, the product page will specify the type of accommodation and occupancy included; the meals included, such as full board where applicable; included excursions and activities; included transfers; foreseeable taxes; and personal expenses or extras not included. Optional supplements, such as a single room or room upgrade, will show their price before selection. A later price change may be made only where permitted by law and where the package travel contract expressly provides for it, including the method of calculation and the traveller’s corresponding right to a price reduction.
Unless the product page states a different policy that is valid for that service and does so before booking, the customer may cancel or request a date change up to 24 hours before the activity starts. If the customer cancels within that period, they may choose a refund of the amount paid or request a date change, subject to availability. For later cancellations, late arrival that prevents joining, or failure to attend, no automatic refund is due; the specific policy shown before booking will apply, without affecting any rights that may arise if the service cannot be provided as contracted.
Unless the product page for a departure clearly and prominently states, before booking, more favourable specific terms or a justified exception for that product, the following standard cancellation scale applies to cancellations notified in writing before the start. Periods are counted in calendar days, and the cancellation date is the date on which we receive the notice.
| Notice before departure | Maximum standard cancellation charge |
|---|---|
| 30 calendar days or more | The deposit amount stated for that departure |
| 21 to 29 days | 40% of the total price of the cancelled place or places |
| 16 to 20 days | 60% of the total price of the cancelled place or places |
| 8 to 15 days | 70% of the total price of the cancelled place or places |
| 7 calendar days or less | 80% of the total price of the cancelled place or places |
The scale sets a maximum; it does not mean that the deposit is automatically forfeited. For each cancellation, the charge will be no more than the lower of the scale limit and the cancellation charge that is appropriate and justifiable for that booking, taking account of the notice given, costs saved and income or alternative use of the services. Amounts recovered from suppliers and through reassignment or reuse of the place will be deducted. We will provide the calculation and supporting reasons if requested. Any statutory right to cancel without a charge will prevail.
This common scale applies to multi-day departures open to consumers, including package travel and retreats. A tailor-made proposal for a school, company, private group or business customer may have different terms, which will be set out in the quotation and communicated before the booking is accepted. Day activities follow the specific rule stated above.
The traveller may terminate the contract before the trip starts. For package travel, the charge in the scale above applies as a standard cancellation charge under Article 160 of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Act and remains subject to the adequacy and justification requirements set out there: the notice period, costs saved and expected income from alternative use of the services. If a standard charge does not apply, the amount will be calculated as the trip price minus costs saved and income from alternative use. We will provide the calculation and supporting reasons if requested.
Where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or its immediate vicinity significantly affect the performance of the trip or the carriage of passengers to the destination, the traveller may terminate without a cancellation charge and is entitled to a full refund, but not additional compensation. Refunds due under the package travel rules will be made without undue delay and no later than the 14 calendar days provided by law.
The traveller may transfer the contract to another person who meets the applicable requirements by notifying us on a durable medium at least seven calendar days before the start, or within a reasonable period if circumstances allow. Only the actual, reasonable and documented costs caused by the transfer may be charged. The transferor and transferee are jointly liable for any outstanding balance and those costs, as provided by law.
A multi-day trip may be package travel even if the traveller arranges their own flights, where Easy Adventurs combines at least two travel services for the same trip, such as accommodation and a tourist service that is an essential feature or meets the statutory threshold, and sells them under the criteria in the law. Classification depends on the actual offer, not on a label or a clause in these Terms.
When Easy Adventurs acts as organiser, it is responsible to the traveller for the proper performance of the travel services included in the package, even if accommodation providers, guides, carriers or other collaborators supply them. This responsibility is not excluded by a general reference to independent suppliers. The traveller may request remedies, a price reduction, compensation or assistance in the cases provided by law.
If, before the trip starts, a substantial change to a main feature or an accepted special requirement is proposed, or the price increase exceeds the statutory limit, the traveller may accept the change or terminate without a cancellation charge within the period stated. If the change is not accepted, payments will be refunded within no more than 14 calendar days. Insignificant changes will be made only where the contract permits them and they are clearly notified on a durable medium.
If a minimum number of participants applies, it will be stated in the pre-contract information and contract. As a more favourable contractual commitment, Easy Adventurs will notify customers at least 60 calendar days before departure if a multi-day group departure is cancelled because the minimum has not been reached and will refund all payments received. If a departure is offered less than 60 days before it starts, bookings will be accepted only if the departure has already been confirmed in writing or Easy Adventurs commits to operating it even if the stated minimum is not reached. Once confirmed in writing, the departure will not be cancelled solely because the group later falls below the minimum. For package travel, refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days. This commitment does not limit the traveller’s mandatory rights or other statutory grounds for cancellation due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
Linked travel arrangements will be identified as such where applicable, and the standard information and insolvency protection required for that category will be provided. Nothing in these Terms is intended to reclassify a combination of services that legally constitutes package travel.
For a day activity, if Easy Adventurs cancels it or cannot provide the contracted service, the customer may choose an equivalent alternative they accept, a new date they accept, or a refund of the amounts corresponding to the service not provided. If the alternative costs less, the difference will be refunded. A voucher or new date will not be imposed instead of a refund that is due.
For package travel, Easy Adventurs may cancel without additional compensation only in the cases permitted by law. If the reason is that the minimum group size has not been reached, the commitment to give at least 60 calendar days’ notice in clause 7 applies. If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances make it impossible to perform the trip, notice will be given without undue delay before the trip starts. In other cases, the traveller’s rights to a refund and, where applicable, compensation will apply. If the company proposes a substitute trip, the traveller may accept or reject it as provided by law.
If Easy Adventurs cancels a service that is not package travel, the product page, consumer law and general contract rules will apply. A supplier’s unavailability, staff illness or an organisational reason does not automatically remove the customer’s right to a refund or, by itself, constitute force majeure.
Flights, accommodation, transport or activities booked independently by the customer and not included in the contract will not be refunded by Easy Adventurs unless required by law. This does not limit Easy Adventurs’ responsibility for services included in package travel.
The decision to run, adapt, relocate, postpone or suspend an active tourism activity for safety reasons will take account of actual conditions, official forecasts, authority warnings, sea or ground conditions, the group’s characteristics and available alternatives. Rain, wind, swell or another condition does not by itself automatically cancel an activity; the specific risk for that activity will be assessed.
For safety, Easy Adventurs may change the meeting point, time, route, area, exercises or programme sequence where the change is proportionate and does not substantially alter the contracted service. If an activity is suspended for a safety decision and no reasonable alternative acceptable to the customer can be offered, clause 8 applies.
For package travel, changes to main features are governed by clause 7 and the law. The ability to adapt an individual activity for safety does not authorise the unilateral replacement of essential trip elements or the removal of included services without offering the applicable rights.
If Easy Adventurs confirms that an activity can be carried out safely and the customer chooses not to participate based on their own assessment of the conditions, the cancellation policy communicated before booking will apply.
Before booking, each participant must review the age, fitness, experience, swimming ability, personal equipment and difficulty requirements stated on the product page. They must provide accurate information and tell the person in charge about any circumstance that could materially affect their safety or that of the group.
During the service, participants must follow the guide’s or person in charge’s instructions, use equipment as directed, arrive on time, respect the group and natural environment, remain with the group unless authorised to leave, and not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances that affect their abilities. They must also promptly report accidents, equipment defects or incidents.
Easy Adventurs may prevent or stop participation for an objective safety reason, failure to meet stated requirements, or conduct that puts anyone at risk or seriously prevents the service from being provided. The decision will be proportionate and non-discriminatory. Any part of the service not used for a reason attributable to the participant will be dealt with under the accepted cancellation policy and the law; this clause does not remove legal rights or authorise automatic retention of payments.
The product page for each service will state the minimum age, whether a minor must be accompanied by an adult and which permissions are required. A parent or legal guardian must give the required permission and provide information relevant to safety. Any supervision to be provided by a school, organising entity or accompanying adult will be specified in the group contract, without transferring Easy Adventurs’ own legal obligations.
Identifiable images of minors will not be used for promotional purposes without the legal basis and specific authorisation required by law. Permission to participate does not constitute consent to advertising use.
Adventure and nature activities involve inherent risks, such as falls, impacts, injuries, environmental changes, swell, currents, rockfalls or contact with flora and fauna. Relevant risks and preventive measures will be explained before booking. Participants must follow instructions and report limitations or incidents.
Risk information is not a waiver of rights and does not exempt Easy Adventurs from its duties of care, safety, information and proper performance. Easy Adventurs is liable under the law for loss or damage attributable to it. Liability will not be limited for wilful misconduct, fault or negligence, breach of contract, personal injury or any situation in which the law prohibits exclusion.
Liability may be excluded or reduced only to the extent permitted by law where the damage results exclusively from the participant’s conduct, an unrelated third party or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, assessed in the specific case. No general exemption applies merely because an activity involves risk.
Easy Adventurs will maintain the insurance required by the rules applicable to the activities it offers. For active tourism activities in the Valencian Community, the applicable rules require accident and civil liability insurance, as well as insurance for rescue, transport and assistance arising from an accident. In the Balearic Islands, civil liability cover and any other requirements applicable to the specific activity will apply.
The price of Easy Adventurs’ multi-day trips includes travel assistance insurance. Cancellation insurance is not included unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise; where it is offered as an optional extra, its price and terms will be provided before selection. The trip’s pre-contract documents will identify the insurer and the relevant cover, limits and exclusions. Insurance does not reduce the company’s legal responsibilities or guarantee cover for every circumstance; the applicable policy terms determine the actual cover.
For package travel, before booking Easy Adventurs will provide details of the applicable insolvency protection and guarantor, including its address and contact details, and explain how to make a claim. The complete information must appear in the information and contract for each trip before the booking is accepted.
Equipment supplied by Easy Adventurs must be used for its stated purpose, in accordance with instructions, and returned at the end. Participants must report any defect. They may be liable for loss or damage caused intentionally or through negligent or clearly improper use, but not for ordinary wear or damage not attributable to them.
Unless Easy Adventurs expressly agrees to take custody, each participant is responsible for their belongings. Participants are advised not to bring valuables or items that may be lost, become wet or be damaged. This rule does not exclude liability where the damage is attributable to Easy Adventurs.
If photographs or videos are included in the product page, the scope of that service will be stated. Group safety takes priority over taking images. Only an exceptional technical issue or justified impossibility may affect delivery, without prejudice to remedies if image delivery is an expressly contracted essential part of the service.
Providing images privately to a participant does not authorise Easy Adventurs to publish them. Promotional use of identifiable images will be based on separate authorisation where required; for minors, authorisation will be obtained from their legal representatives as required by law. Refusing that authorisation will not prevent participation.
Easy Adventurs may engage guides, accommodation providers, carriers, restaurants, instructors or other suppliers to provide services. If a service forms part of a package organised by Easy Adventurs, engaging those suppliers does not release the company from the organiser’s responsibility under the law. If the customer contracts directly with a third party outside the contract with Easy Adventurs, that relationship is governed by the third party’s terms, without prejudice to Easy Adventurs’ own obligations.
In general, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, as set out by law. This exception does not remove any cancellation right stated on the product page or rights arising from breach, cancellation by the company or extraordinary circumstances.
Package travel has its own rules. In particular, the law provides a 14-day withdrawal period for package travel contracts concluded away from business premises. A traveller’s voluntary termination of a package before it starts is also governed by clause 6 and Article 160 of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Act. Nothing in this clause reduces mandatory rights that apply to the particular sales channel or contract.
Circumstances beyond the parties’ reasonable control whose consequences could not have been avoided even if reasonable measures had been taken will be assessed case by case. Severe weather, an official closure, a disaster, conflict or transport disruption may qualify as extraordinary depending on their effects; merely listing an event or calling it “force majeure” is not enough.
For package travel, the traveller’s specific rights will apply, including refunds, assistance and, where applicable, termination without a cancellation charge or compensation. For independent activities, the contract, consumer law and the appropriate refund or alternative for the affected service will apply.
For questions or issues, contact Easy Adventurs, S.L. at Carrer de Sant Dídac, 9, ground floor, 46900 Torrent, Valencia, Spain; info@easyadventurs.com; or +34 622 53 98 03. Where possible, include the booking person’s name, reference, date, service and a description of what happened.
Easy Adventurs has official complaint forms where required by law. Customers may contact public consumer services and the competent courts. The company will provide information about an alternative dispute resolution entity where it is affiliated or where the law requires the information or participation.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 and the website’s Privacy Policy, which explains the data controller, purposes, legal bases, retention, recipients, transfers and rights. Health data are specially protected: only data essential to assess safety or provide the service will be requested, with the appropriate legal basis and safeguards. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not constitute explicit consent to process health data or authorisation for advertising.
Communications needed to manage a booking may be sent to perform the contract. Marketing communications will be sent only where there is a valid legal basis, and a simple way to object or unsubscribe will be provided.
Website text, images, videos, designs, logos, brands, itineraries and other materials belong to Easy Adventurs or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or exploited outside uses permitted by law without authorisation. A booking does not transfer intellectual property rights.
The website may link to third-party services or websites subject to their own terms. This does not alter Easy Adventurs’ responsibilities for services included in the contract.
If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in force to the extent permitted. No term waives mandatory rights of consumers, travellers or participants. The version applicable to a booking is the one provided and accepted before booking; later versions will not retroactively amend contracts already concluded unless agreed or permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish and regional law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Where the customer is a consumer, the courts with jurisdiction will be those determined by law; no territorial jurisdiction clause will deprive the consumer of their legal forum. For business customers, jurisdiction will be determined under applicable rules and any valid agreement between the parties.
If a booking is completed through an online process with an acceptance checkbox, the customer will receive or be able to retain these Terms, the specific terms and the contractual confirmation on a durable medium. Acceptance does not waive any right granted by applicable law.
