Adventure in Laos is an active trip to discover one of the most authentic countries in Southeast Asia: calm rivers, karst mountains, navigable caves, Buddhist temples, waterfalls, villages with their own identity and a way of travelling that is much more human and close.
During the route, we combine cultural exploration, adventure in nature, kayaking, hiking, optional climbing, waterfalls, zipline, local trains and moments of rest in some of the most special landscapes in Laos.
A trip for active people looking for a real, intense and well-supported experience in Southeast Asia, far from mass tourism and conventional tours.

Laos is a beautiful country, but travelling independently requires quite a lot of organisation: long transfers, accommodation changes, activities in natural areas, cultural differences, language, payments, variable schedules and local logistics.
That is why this trip is designed so that you can focus on enjoying the experience, with a clear structure, support throughout the route and local logistical help in the most important parts of the journey.
Participant profile: active adults with a medium level of fitness and a desire to take part in activities such as hiking, kayaking, cultural exploration, caves, waterfalls or optional climbing.
Previous experience: no previous climbing or kayaking experience is required, although it will be valued positively.
Important: the itinerary may be slightly adjusted depending on flights, weather, group level, local availability or safety conditions.

Day 1 · International departure
Vuelo internacional desde el aeropuerto de origen.
Day 2 · Arrival in Vientiane
Transfer to the accommodation, rest, walk along the Mekong riverside and night market.
Day 3 · Vientiane and Buddha Park
Guided tuk-tuk visit to the most emblematic temples, Buddha Park and free afternoon.
Day 4 · Transfer to Thakhek
Arrival in Thakhek and visit to Tham Nang Aen Cave with a boat route.
Day 5 · Climbing and waterfalls
Start of the adventure route, sport climbing in Thakhek and visit to the Song Sa waterfalls.
Day 6 · Makay Plateau
Route across the plateau, Buddhist temples, Dragon Cave and transfer to the next accommodation.
Day 7 · Rock Viewpoint
Adventure day with zipline, via ferrata and hiking through the jungle.
Day 8 · Kong Lor Cave
Visit to the navigable Kong Lor Cave, return to Thakhek and included dinner.
Day 9 · Vang Vieng
Transfer to Vang Vieng and free time for markets, rest, walks or local exploration.
Day 10 · Kayaking and Blue Lagoon
Kayaking on the Nam Song River, visit to Blue Lagoon 3 and optional climbing or other activities.
Day 11 · Luang Prabang
Train transfer, visit to the historic centre and sunset on Phousi Hill.
Day 12 · Tak Bat and elephants
Hiking to Tat Sae waterfalls, visit to elephant sanctuary and traditional dinner included.
Day 13 · Green Jungle Park and Kuang Si
Visit to Green Jungle Park, Tad Khu waterfall, Kuang Si waterfall and bear rescue centre.
Day 14 · Return
Transfer to the airport, return flight and end of services.
Thakhek and Kong Lor: caves, rock and adventure
The Thakhek area will be one of the most adventurous sections of the trip. Here we will combine caves, waterfalls, optional climbing, limestone rock landscapes and the impressive navigable Kong Lor Cave.
Optional climbing
For interested groups, we can include sport climbing adapted to the group’s level and conditions.
Caves and rivers
We will explore navigable caves, underground rivers and unique subterranean landscapes along the route.
Rock Viewpoint
An adventure day with zipline, via ferrata and hiking in a jungle and rock environment.
Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang: rivers, waterfalls and culture
In the second part of the trip, we will combine activity and calm: kayaking on the Nam Song River, natural lagoons, train to Luang Prabang, temples, waterfalls, viewpoints, historic centre and cultural experiences.

A river and landscape day in Vang Vieng, with the option to combine it with lagoons and rest.
Waterfalls and jungle
Tat Sae, Tad Khu and Kuang Si are part of a perfect natural area for walking and cooling off.
Luang Prabang
Historic centre, temples, Phousi Hill, traditional dinner and one of the most special cities in Laos.
