Before confirming, you will receive your departure’s programme with details of accommodation, meals, activities and transfers. Optional supplements, including a single room when available, are confirmed separately.
For active adults with a moderate fitness level: you should be used to walking and taking part in active days. No previous climbing or kayaking experience is required to join the programme adapted to the group. For water activities, we will discuss how comfortable you feel in the water; contact us if you have any doubts. Activities are assessed to suit the group and conditions. Heat, humidity and transfers are also part of the journey. If you have questions about your fitness or any specific needs, discuss them with us before booking.
The route combines hotels and guesthouses at different stages; there is no single base for the whole trip. We choose accommodation for its location, comfort and welcoming service. Properties and room types will be confirmed for your departure. Single rooms, when available, carry a supplement.
Easy Adventurs organises and coordinates the journey. The local team in Laos supports transfers, logistics and activities at the destination. Your departure’s accompanying team will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.
International flights are not included, so you can depart from your own city. We will advise on arrival, timings and preparation; check with us before buying flights. For each departure, we can consider a meeting point for those who wish to fly together, subject to a minimum number of participants and the trip’s logistics. Insurance covering medical assistance, repatriation and cancellation is mandatory; check that it covers your booked activities. Each participant must verify the official entry and transit requirements for their nationality and carry valid travel documents.
Kayaking, climbing and other activities are assessed according to ability, availability and conditions. Prices and details are confirmed before booking them. The itinerary may change to suit the weather and local logistics. We respect natural areas and work with local services.
