    What is included and how this departure is organised

    • Organisation and coordination of the retreat by Easy Adventurs.

    • Three nights’ accommodation at Agroturismo Xarc, in the Santa Eulària des Riu area, or at equivalent rural accommodation if Xarc is unavailable. Accommodation is in a room shared by two guests; room arrangements will be communicated before the booking is finalised.

    • Yoga and wellbeing programme led by Laura Núñez and Semillas.

    • Full board during the retreat: breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, prepared for the group by a private chef with experience in five-star hotel cuisine.

    • Healthy menus with vegetarian, vegan and other options.

    • A nature activity guided by Easy Adventurs, in line with the programme. The route and coastal activities may be adapted to the weather, sea conditions and group. Any scheduled jumps are optional.

    • Travel assistance insurance is included, subject to the policy’s terms, limits and exclusions. Cancellation insurance is not included.

    Not included: flights, ferry and transport to Ibiza; cancellation insurance; personal expenses; optional services; and any service not expressly listed as included.

    Minimum group size, confirmation and cancellations

    This departure is forming a group and requires a minimum of 8 participants; the maximum is 16. If the minimum is not reached, Easy Adventurs will notify you of the cancellation no later than 10 August 2027 and refund all payments received in full.

    If you cancel your place, the cancellation scale published for this departure will apply: with 30 calendar days’ notice or more, up to the deposit amount; 21 to 29 days, up to 40% of the price; 16 to 20 days, up to 60%; 8 to 15 days, up to 70%; and 7 days or less, up to 80%. Any charge must be appropriate and justifiable; the deposit is not automatically forfeited.

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

    You will therefore benefit from all the rights under European Union law that apply to package travel. Easy Adventurs, S.L. will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    In addition, as required by law, Easy Adventurs, S.L. is protected by a guarantee that will refund your payments and, if transport is included in the package, ensure your repatriation in the event of insolvency.

    Getting to Ibiza and accommodation

    • Flights, ferry and transport to Ibiza are not included. Each participant is responsible for arranging their own travel to the island.

    • The retreat takes place from 9 to 12 October 2027 at Agroturismo Xarc or equivalent rural accommodation in the Santa Eulària des Riu area.

    • Before the retreat, you will receive the exact address, arrival and departure times, and practical directions for reaching the accommodation.

    Details of the traveller requesting the booking

    Do not include medical details, passport information or other particularly sensitive information here. If we need health information to adapt an activity, we will request it separately.

    When you submit the form, your details will be sent to Easy Adventurs and you will receive an email with payment instructions. The deposit is €250 per person and will be deducted from the total price. The remaining balance of €645 is due no later than 9 September 2027. Submitting the form alone does not confirm the booking or make a payment.

    Standard information on package travel

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of the consolidated text of Spain’s General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

    You will therefore benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Easy Adventurs, S.L., as the organiser, is fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    The organiser has insolvency protection in place to refund payments made and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation.

    Key rights of the traveller

    • Before entering into the contract, you will receive essential information about the trip and standard information on package travel.
    • There will always be an organiser responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the contract.
    • You will be provided with an emergency telephone number or contact details so that you can reach the organiser or travel agent.
    • You may transfer the package to another person, subject to reasonable notice and, where applicable, payment of the costs of the transfer.
    • The price may only increase in the circumstances permitted by law and in accordance with the contract. It may not increase during the 20 calendar days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee.
    • You may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element is significantly changed, under the conditions provided for by law.
    • If the organiser cancels the package before it starts, you are entitled to a refund of your payments and, where legally applicable, compensation.
    • You may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the package, you may cancel without a termination fee and obtain a full refund of the payments made for the package.
    • If significant elements of the contract cannot be provided after the trip has started, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered at no extra cost where applicable. If the services do not comply with the contract and this affects its performance, you may be entitled to a price reduction or compensation.
    • The organiser must provide assistance to travellers who are in difficulty.
    • If the organiser becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded and, where transport is included, repatriation will be ensured under the applicable insolvency protection.

    This protection covers the organiser’s insolvency. It is separate from travel assistance insurance and any accident or public liability insurance applicable to activities, each of which is subject to its own terms, limits and scope of cover.
