    Included services and arrangements for this departure

    • Organisation and coordination by Easy Adventurs during the land programme in China.

    • 12 nights’ accommodation in Hong Kong, Guilin, Yangshuo, Xingping, Wulingyuan/Zhangjiajie and Shenzhen.

    • Reference accommodation: Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Mongkok or equivalent; Holiday Inn Express Guilin City Center or equivalent; Climber's Inn or equivalent local accommodation in central Yangshuo; The Giggling Tree or equivalent rural accommodation; and tourist-class or equivalent accommodation in Xingping, Wulingyuan and Shenzhen.

    • Breakfasts during the included accommodation nights and three group dinners: a welcome dinner in Hong Kong, a dinner in Yangshuo and a farewell dinner in Shenzhen. Other meals are not included.

    • Internal transfers, high-speed train between Hong Kong and Guilin, and a Li River cruise to Yangshuo, as set out in the departure programme.

    • Support and coordination throughout the programme.

    • Travel assistance insurance is included, subject to the policy’s terms, limits and covered activities. Cancellation insurance is not included.

    Not included: return international flights, transfer from the final accommodation to the airport at the end of the programme, meals other than the breakfasts and three dinners listed above, drinks, tips, personal expenses, optional activities, entrance fees or services not expressly stated as included for this departure, and single-room supplement.

    The accommodation listed is for reference and is subject to availability. If any property is unavailable, an alternative with equivalent characteristics and location will be proposed. The property, category, room type, bed configuration, entrance fees and included services will be confirmed in the departure information before the booking is finalised. Single rooms are subject to availability and a supplement, which will be confirmed before booking.

    Group confirmation and cancellations

    The departure requires a minimum of 8 travellers and can accommodate a maximum of 12. If the minimum is not reached, Easy Adventurs will notify you of the cancellation no later than 2 May 2027 and refund all payments received in full.

    Cancellations requested by the traveller, including any applicable fees or refunds, are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the General Terms and Conditions.

    International flights are purchased by the traveller. We recommend waiting for written confirmation that the departure will go ahead before purchasing non-refundable tickets.

    Protection against insolvency

    Easy Adventurs, S.L. has insolvency protection for package travel, covering the refund of payments made and, where applicable, repatriation.

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

    Therefore, you will benefit from all the rights under European Union law that apply to package travel. Easy Adventurs, S.L. will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    As required by law, Easy Adventurs, S.L. is also protected by a guarantee that will refund your payments and, if transport is included in the package, ensure your repatriation in the event of insolvency.

    Documents and entry requirements for China

    • Entry, visa and transit requirements depend on nationality, passport, route and travel dates. Each traveller must check the requirements that apply to them and verify them again before departure.

    • The programme starts in Hong Kong and ends in Shenzhen. Please also check the entry, exit or transit requirements for Hong Kong and mainland China that apply to your nationality and travel documents.

    • Bring your passport and any authorisation or visa required for your situation. Easy Adventurs will provide the itinerary information needed for the booking, but each traveller is responsible for obtaining and carrying the required personal documents.

    Information before booking

    Standard information on package travel

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of the consolidated text of Spain’s General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

    You will therefore benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Easy Adventurs, S.L., as the organiser, is fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    The organiser has insolvency protection in place to refund payments made and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation.

    Key rights of the traveller

    • Before entering into the contract, you will receive essential information about the trip and standard information on package travel.
    • There will always be an organiser responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the contract.
    • You will be provided with an emergency telephone number or contact details so that you can reach the organiser or travel agent.
    • You may transfer the package to another person, subject to reasonable notice and, where applicable, payment of the costs of the transfer.
    • The price may only increase in the circumstances permitted by law and in accordance with the contract. It may not increase during the 20 calendar days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee.
    • You may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element is significantly changed, under the conditions provided for by law.
    • If the organiser cancels the package before it starts, you are entitled to a refund of your payments and, where legally applicable, compensation.
    • You may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the package, you may cancel without a termination fee and obtain a full refund of the payments made for the package.
    • If significant elements of the contract cannot be provided after the trip has started, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered at no extra cost where applicable. If the services do not comply with the contract and this affects its performance, you may be entitled to a price reduction or compensation.
    • The organiser must provide assistance to travellers who are in difficulty.
    • If the organiser becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded and, where transport is included, repatriation will be ensured under the applicable insolvency protection.

    This protection covers the organiser’s insolvency. It is separate from travel assistance insurance and any accident or public liability insurance applicable to activities, each of which is subject to its own terms, limits and scope of cover.
