Participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable in the sea. The final route may be adapted depending on sea conditions, weather and the level of the group.
Please bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, water and a change of clothes. We also recommend bringing closed-toe sports shoes that can get wet, such as old trainers or water shoes with good grip.
Avoid flip-flops or thin beach shoes, as the route takes place on natural rock and you will need proper support and grip during the activity.
