    Accommodation, meals and included services

    • Six nights at Refugio de la Presa de Chulilla. If it is unavailable, equivalent accommodation will be proposed before the booking is confirmed.

    • All six breakfasts.

    • Two group dinners at Las Hoces del Turia, a much-loved restaurant in the area.

    • Rock climbing days in Chulilla, with sectors and routes selected according to the group’s experience, conditions and the day’s logistics.

    • Climbing insurance is included, subject to the policy’s terms, limits and covered activities.

    Not included: transport to Chulilla, meals and dinners not listed as included, personal expenses, cancellation insurance, and any service not expressly listed as included.

    Bring your personal climbing equipment and the gear you prefer to use. If you need to ask about any equipment or have questions about what to bring, mention it in the form so we can advise you before confirming your place.

    Indicative itinerary

    • Day 1 · Arrival in Chulilla: settle into the accommodation, meet the group and enjoy a welcome. In the evening, included group dinner at Las Hoces del Turia.

    • Days 2–3 · First days on the rock: get straight into climbing in Chulilla. We will choose sectors and routes according to the group’s experience and conditions; there will be time to enjoy the village atmosphere after the climbing day.

    • Day 4 · A different pace in Chulilla: a flexible day to rest or explore. We may suggest a hike such as Cueva del Gollizno or Frailecico, a walk around Loriguilla Reservoir, a climb up to Cruz viewpoint, or a visit to the old town, its ruins and church. If conditions allow, we may also suggest visiting a bouldering area.

    • Day 5 · Back on the rock: another climbing day, adjusted to the group’s level, energy and conditions. The guide will decide with the group which sectors are the best fit for the day.

    • Day 6 · Final activity day and farewell dinner: make the most of the last day of activities and round off the week with an included group dinner at Las Hoces del Turia.

    • Day 7 · Departure: breakfast and departure according to each traveller’s schedule.

    The programme is indicative. The order and activities may change due to weather, rock conditions, safety, access restrictions or the group’s preferences. Hiking and bouldering options will be agreed with the group at the destination.

    Level, safety and insurance

    This trip is designed for people with previous rock climbing experience; it is not intended as a beginner’s trip. We do not set a minimum grade. Before confirming your place, we will review your experience and expectations with you to check that the trip is a good fit and plan the climbing days with the group.

    The choice of sectors, routes and activities will depend on the participants’ experience, weather and rock conditions. The guide may adapt or change the plan if conditions are unsuitable.

    The price includes climbing insurance under the applicable policy. The specific cover, limits and exclusions will be detailed in the insurance documents before the contract is finalised. Cancellation insurance is not included.

    Group formation and cancellations

    The group is forming, with a planned minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 12. If the minimum is not reached, Easy Adventurs will notify you of the cancellation no later than 2 December 2027 and will refund all payments received in full within the legally applicable timeframe.

    Cancellations requested by the traveller are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the General Terms and Conditions.

    We recommend waiting for written confirmation that the departure will go ahead before booking non-refundable transport.

    Easy Adventurs, S.L. has insolvency protection for package travel.

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

    Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights that apply to package travel. Easy Adventurs, S.L. will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    In addition, as required by law, Easy Adventurs, S.L. has protection in place to refund your payments and, if transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event of insolvency.

    Details of the person requesting the booking

    Do not include passport details, medical information or other particularly sensitive data in the comments field. If we need further information to assess the safety of an activity, we will request it separately.

    When you submit the form, your details will be sent to Easy Adventurs so we can manage your request. We will then email you the steps to pay the €250 deposit. The deposit is deducted from the total price of €1,050 per person. The outstanding balance of €800 is due no later than 22 November 2027. Submitting the form does not, by itself, confirm your place or the departure.

    Information before booking

    Standard information on package travel

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of the consolidated text of Spain’s General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

    You will therefore benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Easy Adventurs, S.L., as the organiser, is fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    The organiser has insolvency protection in place to refund payments made and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation.

    Key rights of the traveller

    • Before entering into the contract, you will receive essential information about the trip and standard information on package travel.
    • There will always be an organiser responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the contract.
    • You will be provided with an emergency telephone number or contact details so that you can reach the organiser or travel agent.
    • You may transfer the package to another person, subject to reasonable notice and, where applicable, payment of the costs of the transfer.
    • The price may only increase in the circumstances permitted by law and in accordance with the contract. It may not increase during the 20 calendar days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee.
    • You may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element is significantly changed, under the conditions provided for by law.
    • If the organiser cancels the package before it starts, you are entitled to a refund of your payments and, where legally applicable, compensation.
    • You may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the package, you may cancel without a termination fee and obtain a full refund of the payments made for the package.
    • If significant elements of the contract cannot be provided after the trip has started, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered at no extra cost where applicable. If the services do not comply with the contract and this affects its performance, you may be entitled to a price reduction or compensation.
    • The organiser must provide assistance to travellers who are in difficulty.
    • If the organiser becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded and, where transport is included, repatriation will be ensured under the applicable insolvency protection.

    This protection covers the organiser’s insolvency. It is separate from travel assistance insurance and any accident or public liability insurance applicable to activities, each of which is subject to its own terms, limits and scope of cover.
