    The welcome offer gives a €50 discount per person and applies to the first four places confirmed by payment of the deposit. The deposit is exactly the same amount as for the 3–8 September departure and does not change with the offer; the discount is applied to the outstanding balance. The usual price is €1,190 per person and the offer price is €1,140 per person. The balance is due no later than 1 April 2027. The additional night on Friday 30 April, if requested, will be quoted separately and is not included in these prices.

    Submitting this form does not make a payment or, by itself, confirm a place. Your individual booking will be confirmed once Easy Adventurs sends you written confirmation and the corresponding deposit has been received.

    Accommodation, meals and included services

    • Five nights at Hostal Cala Molí, subject to availability. If staying there is not possible, equivalent accommodation will be proposed before the booking is confirmed.

    • All five breakfasts.

    • Two group dinners: a welcome dinner on Day 1 and a farewell dinner on Day 5. All other meals and dinners are at the traveller’s own expense.

    • Transport around the island for the days and climbing areas included in the itinerary.

    • Deep-water soloing sessions in areas selected according to the group’s level and preferences and the sea conditions.

    • One guided coasteering day at Es Canaret, including technical equipment for the activity, subject to sea conditions and current authorisation.

    • Climbing insurance is included, subject to the policy’s terms, limits and covered activities.

    Not included: flights or ferry to Ibiza, meals and dinners not listed as included, personal expenses, cancellation insurance, personal equipment rental, and any service not expressly listed as included.

    Bring your harness and climbing shoes; we recommend using your own personal equipment. Easy Adventurs will provide ropes, quickdraws and belay devices for the roped climbing options. Climbing shoes are not provided.

    The trip includes five nights, from 1 to 6 May. If you would like to arrive on Friday 30 April, you can request an additional night, subject to availability and an extra charge.

    Indicative itinerary

    • Day 1 · Saturday 1 May · Arrival and welcome: group introductions, experience review, safety briefing and an included welcome dinner.

    • Days 2–3 · 2 and 3 May · Deep-water soloing: sessions in areas such as Cala Comte or Sa Punta, with the sectors and routes selected according to the group, swell and conditions. Sport climbing can be discussed as an alternative.

    • Day 4 · Tuesday 4 May · Cave of Light: coastal route to this spectacular corner of the island. The route and stops may be adapted to conditions and group logistics.

    • Day 5 · Wednesday 5 May · Es Canaret: included guided coasteering along the north coast, with natural pools, swimming sections, scrambling and optional jumps. Included farewell dinner in the evening.

    • Day 6 · Thursday 6 May · Departure: final breakfast and departures according to each traveller’s schedule.

    The programme is indicative. The guide may change the order, areas or activities due to weather, swell, safety, access restrictions or the group’s preferences.

    Level, safety and insurance

    This trip is designed for people with previous climbing experience who are confident swimmers. It is not a beginner’s trip. Before confirming your place, we will review your experience and expectations with you. We do not specify a minimum grade, as the areas and activities will be selected according to the group.

    Deep-water soloing is ropeless climbing above the water. Depth, swell, wind, water entry and exit points, and the group’s experience all affect the choice of climbing areas. If conditions are unsuitable, we will change the plan. Coasteering jumps are always optional.

    The price includes climbing insurance under the applicable policy. The specific cover for deep-water soloing and coasteering, including its limits and exclusions, will be detailed in the insurance documents before the contract is finalised. Cancellation insurance is not included.

    Group formation and cancellations

    The group is forming, with a planned minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 12. If the trip cannot go ahead because the minimum is not reached, Easy Adventurs will notify you no later than 24 April 2027. In that case, all payments received will be refunded in full within the legally applicable timeframe.

    Cancellations requested by the traveller are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the General Terms and Conditions. The departure is considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Easy Adventurs.

    We recommend that you do not buy non-refundable flights or ferry tickets until you receive written confirmation that the departure will go ahead.

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

    Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights that apply to package travel. Easy Adventurs, S.L. will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    In addition, as required by law, Easy Adventurs, S.L. has protection in place to refund your payments and, if transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event of insolvency.

    Do not include passport details, medical information or other particularly sensitive data in the comments field. If we need further information to assess the safety of an activity, we will request it separately.

    When you submit the form, your details will be sent to Easy Adventurs so we can manage your request. We will then email you the steps to pay the deposit using the payment link for this departure. The deposit is exactly the same amount as for the 3–8 September departure and is deducted from the total price. If your place is among the first four confirmed by payment of the deposit, the price will be €1,140 per person; otherwise, it will be €1,190. The additional night on 30 April, if requested, will be quoted separately. Submitting the form does not, by itself, confirm your place or the departure.

    Information before booking

    Standard information on package travel

    The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of the consolidated text of Spain’s General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

    You will therefore benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Easy Adventurs, S.L., as the organiser, is fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

    The organiser has insolvency protection in place to refund payments made and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation.

    Key rights of the traveller

    • Before entering into the contract, you will receive essential information about the trip and standard information on package travel.
    • There will always be an organiser responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the contract.
    • You will be provided with an emergency telephone number or contact details so that you can reach the organiser or travel agent.
    • You may transfer the package to another person, subject to reasonable notice and, where applicable, payment of the costs of the transfer.
    • The price may only increase in the circumstances permitted by law and in accordance with the contract. It may not increase during the 20 calendar days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee.
    • You may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element is significantly changed, under the conditions provided for by law.
    • If the organiser cancels the package before it starts, you are entitled to a refund of your payments and, where legally applicable, compensation.
    • You may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the package, you may cancel without a termination fee and obtain a full refund of the payments made for the package.
    • If significant elements of the contract cannot be provided after the trip has started, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered at no extra cost where applicable. If the services do not comply with the contract and this affects its performance, you may be entitled to a price reduction or compensation.
    • The organiser must provide assistance to travellers who are in difficulty.
    • If the organiser becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded and, where transport is included, repatriation will be ensured under the applicable insolvency protection.

    This protection covers the organiser’s insolvency. It is separate from travel assistance insurance and any accident or public liability insurance applicable to activities, each of which is subject to its own terms, limits and scope of cover.
