It may not increase during the 20 calendar days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee.<\/li>\r\n        <li>You may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element is significantly changed, under the conditions provided for by law.<\/li>\r\n        <li>If the organiser cancels the package before it starts, you are entitled to a refund of your payments and, where legally applicable, compensation.<\/li>\r\n        <li>You may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the package, you may cancel without a termination fee and obtain a full refund of the payments made for the package.<\/li>\r\n        <li>If significant elements of the contract cannot be provided after the trip has started, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered at no extra cost where applicable.
