It may not increase during the 20 calendar days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee.<\/li>\r\n        <li>You may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element is significantly changed, under the conditions provided for by law.<\/li>\r\n        <li>If the organiser cancels the package before it starts, you are entitled to a refund of your payments and, where legally applicable, compensation.<\/li>\r\n        <li>You may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee.
