Before booking, also check the trip page and the pre-contract information: they set out the specific terms that apply.<\/p>\r\n    <p class=\"ea-cancel-policy__updated\">Updated on 13 October 2026<\/p>\r\n  <\/header>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__highlights\" aria-label=\"Policy summary\">\r\n    <article class=\"ea-cancel-policy__highlight\"><strong>If you cancel<\/strong><p>The cancellation charge depends on how much notice you give and must be appropriate and justifiable. The deposit is not automatically forfeited.<\/p><\/article>\r\n    <article class=\"ea-cancel-policy__highlight ea-cancel-policy__highlight--60\"><strong>If the minimum group size is not reached<\/strong><p>For multi-day departures subject to a minimum group size, we will notify you at least 60 calendar days in advance.<\/p><\/article>\r\n    <article class=\"ea-cancel-policy__highlight\"><strong>If Easy Adventurs cancels<\/strong><p>You will receive the applicable refund and, where relevant, any compensation required by law.<\/p><\/article>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>How to notify us of a cancellation<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@easyadventurs.com\">info@easyadventurs.com<\/a> with the name of the person who made the booking, the trip or activity, and the departure date. You can also call us on <a href=\"tel:+34622539803\">+34 622 53 98 03<\/a>. Please use email so there is a record of the date and contents of your request.<\/p>\r\n    <p>The cancellation date will be the day we receive your notice. We will reply in writing, explaining the applicable terms and, where relevant, the amount and calculation of the cancellation charge.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>If you cancel a multi-day trip or programme<\/h2>\r\n    <p>You may cancel before the trip starts. For package travel, any cancellation charge must be appropriate and justifiable. The law allows a reasonable standard cancellation charge to be published, based on how much notice you give, the costs saved and any income obtained by using the services again.<\/p>\r\n    <p>The scale below is the maximum standard limit published by Easy Adventurs. For each cancellation, the charge will be no more than the lower of that limit and the appropriate and justifiable charge for the specific booking.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"ea-cancel-policy__table-wrap\">\r\n      <table>\r\n        <thead><tr><th>When we receive your cancellation<\/th><th>Maximum standard limit<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>\r\n        <tbody>\r\n          <tr><td>30 calendar days or more before departure<\/td><td>The deposit amount stated for that departure<\/td><\/tr>\r\n          <tr><td>21 to 29 calendar days before departure<\/td><td>40% of the price of the cancelled place<\/td><\/tr>\r\n          <tr><td>16 to 20 calendar days before departure<\/td><td>60% of the price of the cancelled place<\/td><\/tr>\r\n          <tr><td>8 to 15 calendar days before departure<\/td><td>70% of the price of the cancelled place<\/td><\/tr>\r\n          <tr><td>7 calendar days or less before departure<\/td><td>80% of the price of the cancelled place<\/td><\/tr>\r\n        <\/tbody>\r\n      <\/table>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"ea-cancel-policy__callout\">\r\n      <p><strong>The deposit is not automatically forfeited.<\/strong> It forms part of the payments made. It will be applied to the relevant cancellation charge and, if the amount paid exceeds that charge, we will refund the difference. The calculation will take account of costs saved, amounts recovered from suppliers and income obtained by using the services elsewhere. We will provide the supporting calculation if you request it.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>The scale applies to multi-day departures where this is stated on the trip page or in the specific terms provided before booking. For bookings with several people, it is calculated only on the places cancelled. If the specific terms for a departure offer more favourable conditions, those conditions will apply.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>If the minimum group size is not reached<\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"ea-cancel-policy__callout ea-cancel-policy__callout--60\">\r\n      <p><strong>Easy Adventurs\u2019 commitment: notice at least 60 calendar days in advance.<\/strong> For multi-day departures that state a minimum group size, if the minimum is not reached, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 60 days before departure and refund all payments received in full, without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>This 60-day period is the commitment Easy Adventurs makes to travellers for these departures. The law sets shorter maximum notice periods for cancelling package travel when the minimum group size is not reached, but our published terms are more favourable to travellers and are the ones we will apply.<\/p>\r\n    <p>If a departure is offered for booking less than 60 days before it starts, we will accept bookings only if the departure is already confirmed or if Easy Adventurs commits to running it even if the stated minimum is not reached. If we offer another date or an alternative programme, you may accept or reject it. We will not replace a refund with a voucher or a new date without your agreement.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>If Easy Adventurs cancels or changes a trip<\/h2>\r\n    <p>For package travel, we may cancel without additional compensation only in the cases permitted by law: if the minimum group size is not reached within the stated period, or if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent us from running the trip. In either case, we will refund all payments received within the legal deadline.<\/p>\r\n    <p>If we cancel for another reason, your rights to a refund and, where applicable, compensation will apply. If we propose substantial changes to essential elements of the trip, you may accept the change, choose a suitable alternative if one is offered, or terminate the contract without a cancellation charge and request the applicable refund.<\/p>\r\n    <p>A supplier\u2019s lack of availability, organisational difficulty or internal issue does not, by itself, constitute an unavoidable and extraordinary circumstance.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances<\/h2>\r\n    <p>If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or its immediate vicinity and significantly affect the performance of a package trip or transport to the destination, you may terminate the contract before the trip starts without paying a cancellation charge and request a full refund of the payments made. In this case, no additional compensation is due for terminating the contract.<\/p>\r\n    <p>If those circumstances prevent Easy Adventurs from running the trip, we may cancel it in accordance with the law. We will notify the traveller without undue delay and arrange the applicable refund.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>Transferring a package travel booking<\/h2>\r\n    <p>You may transfer the contract to another person who meets the requirements applicable to the trip. Notify us in writing within a reasonable period and at least seven calendar days before the trip starts. The person transferring the contract and the person taking it over will be liable for any outstanding amounts and reasonable additional costs caused by the transfer. We will explain and justify the amount; it will never exceed the cost actually incurred.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>Coasteering, hiking and other day activities<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Day activities are subject to the terms shown on the relevant activity page and in the specific booking. Where the activity page allows cancellation up to 24 hours before it starts, you may request a refund of the amount paid or a date change, subject to availability, within that period.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the activity, late arrivals and no-shows are governed by the specific terms communicated before booking. If Easy Adventurs cancels for safety reasons or because of environmental conditions, and you do not accept an equivalent alternative or a new date, you may request a refund for the service not provided.<\/p>\r\n    <p>The guide may adapt the area, route or schedule when sea or ground conditions, official warnings or the group\u2019s safety require it. Rain or wind alone does not necessarily mean the activity will be cancelled.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>Refunds and insurance<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Where package travel law requires a refund, it will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the contract is terminated. If you cancel, we will refund any amount paid that exceeds the applicable cancellation charge.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Travel assistance insurance and cancellation insurance are different types of cover. Travel assistance insurance is included where the departure page says so. Cancellation insurance is not included unless it is expressly offered as optional cover. Covered events, exclusions, deadlines and procedures depend on the insurer\u2019s policy. Having insurance does not replace Easy Adventurs\u2019 obligations or change the traveller\u2019s legal rights.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>Right of withdrawal and distance bookings<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Canceling a booking and exercising the right of withdrawal are different things. The regulations provide a 14-day withdrawal period for certain package travel contracts concluded away from business premises. There is no general right to cancel every online booking free of charge within 14 days. Any more favourable terms expressly offered by Easy Adventurs for a departure will be respected.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"ea-cancel-policy__section\">\r\n    <h2>Need to notify us of a cancellation?<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Email us with your booking details.
