Company Identification
Easy Adventures S.L. is a company dedicated to organizing and conducting active tourism activities in Spain. Our headquarters are located at Calle San Didac 9 Bajo, Torrent, Valencia 46900, Spain, with CIF number B21640404, registered in the Valencia Commercial Registry, with the registration date of 10/01/2025.
Object of the Contract
This document governs the conditions of access, use, and contracting of the services offered by Easy Adventures S.L. to its clients through its website https://www.easyadventures.com and other contact methods. The activities offered include, but are not limited to, hiking routes, climbing, rafting, kayaking, bike routes, coasteering, among others.
Reservation and Contracting of Activities
Reservations for activities must be made through our website, by phone, or by email. By making a reservation, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The reservation will only be confirmed after receiving the corresponding payment or deposit according to the chosen activity. If payment is not completed within the stipulated period, the reservation may be canceled. Activities may be subject to availability, so we recommend making the reservation as early as possible.
Prices and Payments
The prices of the activities are clearly indicated on our website or in the corresponding information brochure and are for guidance purposes. Final prices may vary depending on the type of activity or group. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash, in accordance with the options available during the booking process. Prices include the cost of the activity, the necessary equipment (if applicable), the corresponding insurance, and, if specified, transportation.
Cancellation and Modification Policy:​
1. Cancellation by the Client:
More than 7 days before the activity: Full refund (minus a small administrative fee, if applicable).
3-7 days before the activity: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days before the activity: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Easy Adventures S.L.:
In the event that Easy Adventures S.L. needs to cancel the activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, or other force majeure events), the client will be offered the choice to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.

3. No-Show Policy:
If a client does not show up for the activity without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Modifications to the Reservation:
Clients may request a change to the date or time of their reservation. Changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 3 days in advance. Any changes made less than 3 days before the scheduled activity will be considered as a cancellation.
Requirements and Responsibility of the Client
The client agrees to follow all instructions from the guide or person in charge of the activity at all times, as well as to comply with the established safety rules. The client must inform about any medical condition that may affect their participation in the activity (e.g., heart problems, allergies, etc.). Activities are subject to a series of physical and/or technical requirements. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet these requirements before making a reservation. Easy Adventures S.L. is not responsible for accidents, personal injuries, or losses suffered by the client during the activities, unless negligence is proven on the part of the company or its guides.
Activity Insurance
All active tourism activities organized by Easy Adventures S.L. include accident and liability insurance. The client accepts that the insurance covers only the risks inherent to the contracted activity and within the limits set by the policy.
Intellectual Property
All contents of the website, brochures, informational materials, logos, and trademarks are the property of Easy Adventures S.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these contents is prohibited.
Personal Data Protection
In accordance with current legislation on personal data protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data), Easy Adventures S.L. is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients' personal data. The data will only be used to manage activity reservations and improve the quality of service. Easy Adventures S.L. will implement the necessary security measures to protect the data in accordance with the principles established by applicable law.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation with Easy Adventures S.L., the client accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein. If the client does not accept the terms, they must refrain from making a reservation.
